• Clients are responsible for reviewing the final document before official submission.
• VY Language Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of translated content.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Delivery times are estimated based on project size and complexity. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Client revisions or late responses
• Force majeure events
• Technical issues beyond our control

Urgent services must be confirmed in writing.

If you are not satisfied with the service:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will review and correct any verified linguistic errors at no additional cost.
• Requests for changes outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.
